QTF-03 Formaldehyde-free Fixing Agent Polyamine In Textile Industry
As Formaldehyde-free Fixing agent, this product could be used to increase wet rubbing fastness of direct dyes, reactive blue dyes and printing materials.
Specification
Application
After dyeing and soaping, fabric could be treated by this fixing agent in 15-20mins，PH is 5.5～6.5，temperature 50℃～70℃，add fixing agent before heating. The best dosage depends on fabric shade，suggested dosage is as below:
1. Dipping: 0.2～0.7%(o.w.f)
2. Padding: 4～10g/L
If the fixing agent is applied after finishing process，then could be used with non-ionic softener, best dosage depends on test
Package and Storage
It is packed in 125kg plastic drum
It should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, at room temperature, shelf-life is 12 months
