QTF-01 textile fixing agent Formaldehyde-free liquid cationic polymer

In the condition of suitable PH (5.5~ 6.5), temperature under 50~70°C, adding QTF-1 to dyeing and soaping-treated fabric for 15-20 min treatment. It should add QTF-1 before temperature rise, after add it the temperature will heat up. Dosage of fixing agent is depend on the fabric color concentration, the suggested dosage as followed:



1. Dipping: 0.2~0.7 % (o.w.f)

2. Padding: 4~10g/L



If the fixing agent is applied after finishing process，then could be used with non-ionic softener, best dosage depends on test.

1.It is packaged in 50KG or 125KG plastic drum.

2. It should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, at room temperature, shelf-life is 12 months.
